Partners
Meet the people you can help.
For businesses, education providers, community organisations and international partners who want to be introduced to people they can genuinely help, in Australia and beyond.
Who we work with
Four programs, four kinds of partner.
Most partners work with one program. Some work across several. Either is fine, and you do not need to choose before we talk.
National & International Business
We introduce you to counterparts who have been talked to first and are a genuine fit, and we stay involved through the first conversation.
- Australian businesses and industry associations
- Importers, distributors and buyers overseas
- Professional services firms that work with small and new businesses
- Chambers of commerce and trade bodies
Education in Australia
We help families and learners who may not know where to start understand what you offer, and refer the ones you can genuinely help.
- Schools, TAFEs, universities and registered training organisations
- Bridging, English-language and recognition-of-prior-learning programs
- Careers and settlement services
- Parent and community groups
Volunteering in Australia
We send you volunteers who know what the role involves and have a realistic picture of the commitment, including any checks it needs.
- Community organisations, charities and neighbourhood centres
- Volunteer resource centres
- Councils and community programs
- Employers with workplace volunteering programs
Global Education Support
Not-for-profit program
We match support to a specific, verified need, and report back plainly on where it went.
- Schools and education programs in communities with real barriers to access
- Businesses with devices or equipment to donate
- Professionals willing to tutor or mentor
- Foundations and community funders
What each side brings
A fair exchange, on both sides.
We offer
Warm, specific introductions
Every introduction comes with context on both sides: who the person is, what they are looking for, and why we think it fits.
We ask
Treat people fairly
Many of the people we introduce are new to Australia. Be clear about costs, conditions and eligibility from the first conversation.
We offer
A route into communities
Access to new migrants, families, students and small business owners who may never find you through the usual channels.
We ask
Reply in reasonable time
An introduction only works if someone answers. Acknowledge introductions within a week, even if the answer is no.
We offer
Plain-language explanation
We explain what you offer in plain terms, and in the languages our community speaks, so people arrive knowing what to expect.
We ask
Hold the right registrations
Where your work needs a licence, registration or check, such as working with children, hold it and keep it current.
We offer
Honest feedback
If an introduction is not a fit, we tell you why, and we tell the other side too. No padding, no pressure.
We ask
Be open about money
If a fee, commission or referral payment is involved anywhere in an introduction, it is disclosed to everyone before anything goes ahead.
Become a partner
Start small, build on trust.

A conversation
We talk through who you serve and what a good introduction looks like for you.
Agree the basics
We confirm in writing how introductions will work, and what each side can expect.
First introductions
We start small, review together, and grow from there.
Fields without “optional” are needed so we can reply properly.
